Nisus
Nisus is produced from grapes selected at their optimum moment of ripeness of the Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc varieties. At the cellar the mixture is pressed, must and decanted sediments are separated and finally, controlled fermentation takes place with selected yeasts. Nisus is obtained through a process of ageing over lees, which ensures the wine oxygenates in a natural controlled manner, making it more voluptuous.

Visual note: Intense straw colour, due to ageing over lees. Olfactory notes: intense aroma of honey, dried peaches and fresh hazelnut.
Taste notes: potent, well structured and with body. With citric and tropical fruit flavours with pineapple and maracuya. Due to cultivation in a cold climate, making ripening a longer process, it presents floral notes of jasmine and camellia.
